Seaview is a little Edwardian village on the northeast coast of the Isle of Wight overlooking the Solent.
Some of the houses around Seaview are very big and impressive especially on Pier Road and Bluett Avenue, hence the areas nickname of "Millionaires Avenues". Being only a 15 minute drive from Ryde with easy access to the cross Solent connections with the mainland, Seaview is a popular upmarket location for holiday homes. Further large period houses, now largely divided into flats, can be found in Ryde Road.
